General cleaning. The visit was extremely thorough and set me up for a future plan to take care of my teeth. I appreciated them using language that was common rather than too much dental lingo. I also appreciated seeing what they were seeing from the pictures and xrays. They were truly comprehensive in my visit.

About Front Desk: Candice was extremely professional and took care of my every need. She too explained all the paperwork, my benefits, and next steps. From the first phone call to my follow up for the visit this week she was extremely professional and attentive to my needs.

Dr. Buchanan's office is amazing!!! Anyone looking for a new dentist needs to go see him, you will be very happy! I recently had 2 crowns done and had the best dental experience, they made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I am happy to have such a great caring dentist!

Dr. Buchanan has performed several preventative procedures on my teeth to prevent cavities from forming and costing much more later down the line. He has always been very professional and has taken good care of my teeth.

About Front Desk: Very professional. Very willing to help me complete my military forms I need. Works with me on any payment issues. Very friendly :-)

About Hygienist: The hygienist was very professional, used all the current tools to clean my teeth (no pain but a tad bit of tickling on the front teeth :-) She was very personable and took very good care of my needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Buchanan's for many years now! He is an amazing dentist and truly cares about your needs and listens to what you want as well. I have always had a great experience with his office and the treatment he has given to me. Great chairside manner and always making sure I am comfortable! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new dentist! They are fantastic!

About Hygienist: Keri was my most recent hygienist, she was full of knowledge and kept me extremely comfortable the entire appointment! Very sweet and caring. The cleaning took approx. 45min. Definitely the best cleaning I have ever had! And the massage chair while getting my teeth cleaned is great!

I went to Dr. Buchanan as a last resort - after many previous terrible experiences with other dentists and 5 years avoiding the whole situation. I was very anxious and concerned about pain and discomfort after 20 years in my youth being tortured by dentists, and the staff was extremely reassuring and receptive to my needs. They do everything they can to ensure you are as comfortable and anxiety free as possible at all times. I HIGHLY recommend this office, they are wonderful and i will continue to see them as long as they will see me!

About Hygienist: Nicole is fabulous! She is the most gentle hygienist i have ever experienced and is very concerned about patient's comfort. She's the first hygienist i have actually believed when she told me to let her know if anything hurt, and that we could take a break if i needed one. She made me feel as at home in that chair as humanly possible. LOVE her!

Friendly, knowledgable, doesn't want you to do anything you don't need, as painless as possbile (gas and whatever, I quit looking when we found him.
