Best dentist around. Explains everything to you that will be going on. Very understanding, doesn't talk down to you or make you feel bad. Doesn't lay blame.

I was over charged 50% more compared to other dentists in the same location. Dentist offered no explaination.

Excellent dentist and excellent staff. I've had my whole family in several times and the staff always treats my children well almost pampers them. Dr. Shapiro has a great personality, obviously enjoys his work, and the staff is the same way. I've only been in for cleanings and exams (for about two years now) but I would not hesitate to have more substantial work done either for me or for my wife and kids.
