I had gone to Dr. Nomura a couple of months ago; he told me to come back in a couple of months because he wanted to check something in my teeth. I had an appointment and had to cancel it. I rescheduled it, but in the meantime I developed pain on my left side. I called the doctor to see if I could be seen on Saturday; was told no, the doctor doesn't see patients this saturday (even if I was experiencing pain). We rescheduled the appointment for the 19th of July. After we arrived on the 19th of july I was told I had canceled my appointment and couldn't be seen until 6. We had gotten to the appointment at around 330; to wait until 600 was too much. Dr. Nomura on the 19th of July didn't even make time to see what I called about or what was making me feel pain. Second, I hadn't canceled my second appointment on the 19th of July, and third, I have gone to dentists who when I tell them I have a pain in my tooth, they try to accomodate me and get me in on a saturday. Dr. Nomura didn't try to see me on Saturday; didn't try to find out what was causing me the pain on my left side, and didn't even check my teeth--he didn't spend one minute doing that. No, I would not recommend him.

I went to dr. nomura once for cleaning; he told me at that time I should be seen again in a couple of months for a gap in my teeth. Unfortunately, I cancelled that appointment. However, I rescheduled an appointment with him about two months later. I showed up to see him and was told that since I had canceled my appointment I would not be seen. He couldn't even take 5 minutes to see me. The next appointment with him is again two months from now. I would not go to him again, and would not recommend him.

Dr. Nomura has been our family dentist for many years. His father was my wife's dentist before that. My 3 kids always find their cleanings to be stress free and relaxing. The whole staff is very pleasant. Although the equipment is all modern, the office is modest and the motife about 20 years too old. Insurance covers the cost of our cleanings so I'm not sure of the overall cost. I highly recommend Dr. Nomura and his staff.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Nomura is good with the kids and very patient.

The service is always nice from the front desk to the dentist. The facilites are very comfortable and nice. They always seemed concerned about my comfort level and it is something I really appreciate. I do not usually like the dentist but Dr. Nomura and staff always make me feel relaxed.
