Dr. Van Tuyl is the best dentist I know. I have had bad teeth all my life and he has taken great care of me. When I have a problem he tries his best to get me in that day. If he can't then the next day I am usually in his office. I have had tons of trouble with my teeth(long roots,breaking off and such)he takes care of me no matter how many visits I need. I had to come back 5 times after having a tooth pulled due to bone spurs and dry socket, he was patient and solved all my pain and suffering.He and his staff are very professional and treat the patient as if they were one of the family. I am going to start sending my children to him as I know he will take care of all their dental needs and treat them well. I wish there were more dentists like Dr. Van Tuyl.

Going to the dentist is no fun. I am usually in a lot of pain if it is an emergecy treatment. Checkup appointments are easy to make and require no effort on my part other than brushing and flossing before I go and showing up. The only thing I don't like about the whole trip is the office itself. It needs some updating (equiptment and tools/not decor).

I would agree that he's just a bit rough. I would describe the experience as being placed on a Ford assembly line.

He's a nice friendly guy, who doesn't scare you or stress you, but the treatment was a bit rought, I thought. As most dentists do, the price was not agree-able, but I had no choice over the toothache.

Experienced and knowledgeable dentist. Expensive with no payment plans for those with no dental insurance.
