My child went and had 8 teeth pulled and it was very tramatic for her and myself at the time. After this was done I said she had another dental appointment and she said great I love Dr. Novelly.
That says it all :) Office staff is very friendly which you don't find often at dental offices. Only complaint is they only accept one insurance however worth the extra money spent.
About Hygienist: Wonderful, very helpful, friendly and great with the kids.

I first saw Dr. Novelly 14 years ago. I was 18 years old, and went to another dentist that scared and intimidated me so much that I left in tears. Thank God someone told me about Dr. Novelly. I went to him instead and he was patient, calming, and kind. I had A LOT of work to be done and so I got to know him and his staff well over that first year. I have been going back for 14 years and many of my family members also go to him. I highly recommend Dr. Novelly. Great chair-side manner, staff, pain/anxiety management, just great everything.

Awesome people who make you feel welcome! Very clean!!! Dr. Novelly is very patient with kids and was awesome!
The hygienists are awesome!!! Each and every single one of the employees are great!
My whole family goes in to see Dr. Novelly and we have never had any problems!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Novelly's since he opened his practice. Obviously I am satisified with all aspects of my experience with him. I am a dental wimp and have always done well with this office. He is very attentive to patient axiety. He always describes procedures as he goes along so there are no suprises. He hires quality staff. I am very happy with our hygenist Lydgia King. He seems to be on top of new procedures and technologies offering the best options to his patients. I have never experienced recommendations for procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. I highly recommend this office if you are searching for a gentle, caring and well qualified dentist.

Mr. Novelly did excellent work on my tooth. My three kids have had their teeth cleaned by Mr. Novelly for years with no anxiety about any dental work.
The front desk is very nice. Ten years ago we left a very good DDS in gilbert because of the unprofessional attitude of the front desk. Mr Novelly and his staff perform a service with a smile.

Dr. Novelly and his staff are super compentent, very friendly, and always concerned about their patient's experience while in the office, and the overall quality for the dental work performed. Dr. Novelly has done an enormous amount of work on me and I trust him explicitly with my well being and the dental work that I've required. I took my children when they were very young to him first instead of a pediatric dentist because of his ability and patient skills. I am deathly afraid of dental work and Dr. Novelly and his dental assistants always make sure I'm relaxed and in no pain. Dr. Novelly's cost is well within reason and his front desk staff is GREAT! I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him. You will be very happy you went to this office!

I've gone to Dr. Novelly since I was 3 years old. I am now almost 20. He is wonderful, along with all of his staff. Everyone makes an effort to make the office very welcoming, calming and they truly become your friends. I never want him to retire!!

When I was in between insurance plans and had no coverage, he helped me with the work that needed to be done, and kept the work to necessary work only, and charged me very reasonably.

From the front office staff, to the hygienist to Dr. Novelly...it's a terrific experience. He is talented, personable and at the top of his game. He is sensitive to all of my needs. I am a big pain wimp and he goes to great lengths to ensure that I am comfortable. If he can't help me, he will refer me to who can. My entire family goes to him and I have recommeded scores of people to his office. He has done root canals, fillings and crowns for me---all excellent work and reasonably priced. And the cleaning is terrific. A truly great experience.
