My experience with Dr. Reyes has been very poor. I spent a lot of money on fillings (over a thousand dollars out of my pocket). I had very poor success with these fillings. 4 teeth that she filled required crowns in less than a year. I was told by 3 other dentists that they would not have filled those teeth in the first place, but instead would have done crowns right away. The reason being was that the fillings were way too large for the tooth to support. The fillings end up being too large to last.

My experience with Dr. Reyes was really great In the past. I had come to feel like part of the family. I was totally at ease with D. Reyes and her staff they where very warm and caring. From the moment I walked in the door I knew that prior to my arrival to my appointments all the preparation would have been taken ahead of time. Every thing from Insurance coverage to treatment was gone over with me prior to anything being done. I found Dr. Reyes thru Dr. Oogle. I read all the caring reviews and decided to give her a shot. After a my first visit I decided to take my family to her as well. We have been under Dr. Reyes care for over a few year and where totally happy as her patients. I also felt the need to tell every one that might be looking for a great dentist about Dr. and her staff and highly recommended her office. I now feel the need to give a new review since there are a lot of changes that have taken place within Dr. Reyess office. I feel change can often be a good thing and some times need. I feel the changes at your office are to many from all new staff to new hours. I have had to be seen late for my appointment. Once seen the doctor had to repeatedly stop to instruct her new assistant making my appointment take even longer. The front office staff charged me what I owed for the visit but I then received a bill from Dr. Reyess office for the additional amount . When I called the office to get an explanation 1st of all it was difficult to understand the person on the line and 2nd of all I was told that some would call me to go over my bill with me. After not receiving a call I aging called the office and was to that they did not collect the right amount and was responsible for the difference. All thing that I was not used to dealing with in the past. I have now lost that feeling I had before all these changes took place. The caring office with attention to detail to took time to know me and who I felt where truly genuine. I have since change offices and only wish that Dr. Reyes can once again regain a that caring professional office. Best of luck :{
