My family and I were patients of Dr Hikade for 6 years. Dick Hikade and the hygienist were pretty good and they have a nice location, but the office staff ruined it for me. They are often unfriendly, and abrupt. They get really impatient with you if you need to reschedule appointments, they rarely returned my phone calls in a timely manner, and they even made billing errors. We are finding a new dentist and I would not recommend this office.

High Tech facility. Whole staff is very personable.
Very sensitive to clients fears and discomfort. I was never in a better environment for this. Sunglasses against the harsh light. Earphones with your choice of relaxing music. All in all a great dental experience.
