Dr Gerken is the best dentist I have ever had. Has done a filling, and an inlay for me and both the quality and the bed side manner far exceeded my expectations.

I had an appointment for A TOOTH filing. He injected me. went away. Came back in 1 hour 15 min later, started drilling. Said I feel the pain. He injected anesthetic again, immediately started drilling.I said I feel the pain and added when I feel the pain it means you are drilling too much. He looked at me with a angry face & said he knows what he is doing. Started drilling. My car was parked outside. Then he said If I had money I would buy one of those cars. I said its mine and he said with an angry voice he figured. That was the last conversation. Then he asked how is filling. I said thick and then he said he will smooth it out. I was too num. It took him 15 minutes. Then he said its all done. He did not hand me mirror. When I got home all my mouth was bleeding. I looked at myself in the mirror and I realized all my teeth, my central front teeth are short and my my lower jaw teeth are much shorter. He leveled and made them smaller with no reason without asking me. I have been in pain for last 5 months. Lost my smile. I am suing him. I look hideous. I am depressed and based on 5 estimated it will cost me 30000$ to fix my teeth to get my original smile back. I hate him. Please avoid him.
