Dr. Allen's office was recommended to me by a dear friend. I was desparate to have some dental work performed before a surgery. He was amazing. I hate to start a relationship with a professional in such a situation. However, Dr. Brian and his staff performed above and way beyond. They are now my home team. And I'm not kidding. Regardless of where I might move to a different part of the area, I will continue to work with Dr. Brian's office. He's a good guy.

I really like this dental office. Dr Allen is more than willing to give me a conservative plan based on my ability to pay for it. I have insurance and the office staff is great. I need a new crown and will go to Dr. Allen.

Dr. Allen is one of the best dentists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is kind and caring. He ensures you know what is happening to your teeth and what it means for you in the future. He worked with me during a time when I was having over all health issues and helped me decide on the best course for my teeth as well as for my over all health.
His staff is just as great as Dr. Allen is. They treat you like one of the family. You really get to know who they are. They help you to relax and enjoy the experience instead of fear it.

Very kind... The office assistant Mary is the best... She makes you feel like she really cares! And they have done alot of free work for me since my teeth are sooo bad

If your in pain, this is not the dentist for you. Its a fight to get pain releif from this dentist even when he has diagnosed an infection and problem. Dont bother trying to call him in the middle of the night or when your on vacation because you wont get ahold of him.
The Office Manager in the office will pressure, pressure, pressure you for money. The focus in this office is money and very cleary NOT patient care or empathy.
If you have high anxiety with dental appointments. THIS IS NOT the DENTIST FOR YOU!!!!!! He also will NOT prescribe any kind of anxiety medication as well. Just walking into his office in pain (after youve been that way for 2 days already) and then having to deal with the front office is enough to set anyone over the edge, long before you have seen Dr. Allen.
The Hygentist is however the only positive in Dr. Allens office but not enough to get me to ever return as a patient to this office.
