Oregon: In February 2004 the Dental Commission charged Rosemarie C. Calderon, a dentist licensed in Washington (DE00008607), with unprofessional conduct. The Oregon Board of Dentistry allegedly suspended her license for one year. All but 30 days of the suspension were stayed and she was required to pay a $15,000 fine.
