My husband had a terrible phobia of the dentist until he went to see dr. chavez and his 1st visit was for a root canal! he came out of the office and said right away that this is who i want our dentist to be from now on. our family including 2 kids all feel very comftorable and well taken care of by everyone in the office. I have nothing but good things to say. he is always prompt in calling back if you are having a dental emergency after hours. i would recommend him without a 2nd thought.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. I will not be changing dentists as long is he is around and for three years i drove 60 miles for my dental services so that i could be seen by his team. I have had root canals, fillings, and broken teeth fixed/repaired by him and am very impressed by his professionalism, service, demeanor, and involvement with his patients. He truly cares and is a great person.
Also-This website will not allow you to select 4 star facilities and 4 star prices. I think that is prevents allowing a true indicator of how impressive this facility should be rated.

I visited Dr Chavez after another Dentist was unsuccessful at replacing my bridge that had fallen out. Dr Chavez fit me in right away and was able to get my bridge back on which saved me a couple thousand dollars. Since I don't have insurance this was a blessing! The process was pain free, stress free and I would come back again and have already recommended him to a friend and she was also quite satisfied. He's excellent!

Dr. Chavez was the first dentist our family had when we moved to Hillsboro, and I am so happy to have found him and his staff.
The billing is taken care of, so its done with little hassel to me and my family.
The gals at the front desk are just awesome!
Dr C, is very helpful in explaining what needs to be done and why. He is truelly a wonderful and talented dentist. Hillsboro is a better place becuase of him and his staff.
About Hygienist: They are great! The team is wonderful with my kids, my 4 yr old loves them... and they make a great experciene.

Dr Chavez is a great dentist. He is very friendly and professional. His works is quite panless and provides a comfortable enviroment. Insurance and billing is never a problem. Cost Im not sure because I have insurance. DR. Chavez couldnt do the job he does if it wasnt for his friendly and outgoing staff.

I have dental insurance, so can't really comment on the pricing. Dr. Chavez did some fillings for me, and did a great job. I also brought my 3 yr old in, and he actually enjoyed the experience (teeth cleaning, floride, etc.).

Where do I start with this one?!?!
First of all, I don't know why but when I walk into this office I feel like the new front desk people don't have a clue what they are doing and are confused with the $$$ issues---which is very frustrating.
Secondly, for whatever reason, the hygiene department has changed hands----the old hygienist (cute little blonde girl) was absolutely the best hygienist I had ever had---very gentle and caring. The new hygienist is this older woman, who is very brute and rough. I thought I was getting a cleaning, instead I got a gum surgery.....She acted like a know it all--and never let me get a word in edgewise. She talked to me in "dental talk" jargon and I had no clue what she was saying.... What the heck was he thinking letting the other girl go?????????
Last of all, it seems that this office is centered around money making and nothing else. The doctor fills everything .....Furthermore, I let him do ONE filling on me and the damn tooth still hurts after 3 grindings on it___ He keeps checking the bite, and for what?????? Do not go here.......
