The staff and doctor go out of their way to make you feel comfortable w/ warm blankets and heated neck pillows. They really listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. Dr. Wendling is an artist! She takes into account your facial shape and skin coloring to create the perfect smile. They even had their lab specialist be there during my appointment to custom shade my new veneers! Her assistants are both very friendly and competent and I always feel relaxed in their care. No other dental office has ever taken such good care of me!
About Front Desk: Karen is great! Very busy but always gets back to me promptly when I call. Dr. Wendling is booked up way in advance but when I chipped a front a tooth, Karen found me an appointment next day and Dr. Wendling fixed my tooth as good as new.
About Hygienist: The hygienist, Ann is the doctors sister. She is the most gentle and thorough hygienist I have ever had! I had to have an area of deep cleaning and the shot was painless! Both Dr. Wendling and Ann are funny and entertaining and make your appointment seem like a visit w/ friends

I have been going to Dr. wending for almost 3 years now for total reconstruction. My case was not an easy one, yet I am extremely happy with the final result. I have become quite attached to Dr. Wendling's staff. Anytime I needed an unplanned appointment or had insurance questions, Karen at the front desk was always understanding, respectful and got my answers quickly. I read the previous review and can promise you there is no one else that would think Karen is difficult. Speaking from almost three years of experience, I can honestly say Karen is as good as they get at her job. I encourage anyone looking for a cosmetic dentist to call or visit to see for yourself.

The receptionist is not customer friendly and goes out of her way to make the experience negative e en before I can see the dentist. I will change providers just because of her.

Dr. Wendling is the dentist I have spent a lifetime searching for! Everything about her is exceptional from her comfortable office to her caring staff. Visiting her office is more like spending a day at the Spa then a day at the dentist. My number one concern was pain. Dr. Wendling has always been very careful to keep any pain to a minimum. When it came time to get Veneers, Dr. Wendling was my number one choice. She gave me the Hollywood smile I always wanted! I have often boasted to my friends about my success in finding the perfect dentist.
When it comes to staff members, Dr. Wendling only hires the best. Her staff always pays attention to any needs I have. They aren't there just to collect a paycheck, they actually care about the client and it shows. Now I actually look forward to visiting the Dentist!

Dr. Wendling and her staff are the kindest and most professional I have ever dealt with. I had 3 veneers and a crown done on my front teeth. One front tooth had been broken when I was a child, and I had several crowns over the years that did not look that great. Dr. Wendling suggested doing all four. I was initially worried that it was very expensive for something I did not absolutely need, but I trusted Dr. Wendling, who has done beautiful work for friends of mine. I am SO happy with the work. It's made a huge difference to me and my smile.
Karen and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and helpful.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is great. She did a good job and was very gentle and pleasant to work with.

Dr. Wendling is very, very expensive. She had very fancy equipment, but her personal manner was so negative and so abrasive that I stopped going to her.

they give you blankets! Inviting friendly environment. Chair-side manners are interesting...they talk a lot even when drilling on teeth. Very relaxed environment, but they do good work.
