This dentist retired & sold the practice to Dr. Gallagher. I recently went for a cleaning & check up & found a COMPLETELY different atmosphere in this office. They are thorough & experienced. They are considerate & friendly. I personally never had a problem with Dr. Rollem, but I know others have. I would highly recommend everyone give this newly owned dental office another try. They get you in quickly & they work with you. They KNOW what they are doing & it is very obvious from the start.

Dr. Erik M. Rollem runs his patients through on a mass production assembly line and you have to keep your fingers crossed that all procedures were done right . But the problems arise when you ask him questions. Erik takes this as a personal challenge and can get very angry . So much so, that he will get very annoyed, very agitated and lose his temper . He will cancel you, deny you treatment, close your account, even if you are a good paying customer.as I was. If he has to refer you to someone else, that means his profit margin is narrowed so it.s not worth his time or effort to do anything more for you in terms of your dental health.
He doesn't believe in getting second opinions about anything . It's his way or nothing . . you're not worth his time . is his philosophy. And he will leave you midway in your treatment . What a nice guy!
He has a serious attitude problem and it really showed when he turned up for work looking like he just finished milking the cows or tuning up his Harley. He doesn't inspire confidence. And sadly the doctors he refers you to, do not either. But that's another story.
This was my experience with Erik Rollem but you may have a totally different one
