I have used this dental office for over 30 years with Dr. Eilers. I will say that Dr. Alexander has done a wonderful job taking over this practice. On those occasions when I have a small cavity, I will ask that I go without novacaine--- any dentist who can get me through that deserves high praise. He's wonderful. The reviews that are submitted that are less than positive must be negative people. Dr. Alexander has always been kind, compassionate, funny and professional. One of the best.

I changed to Dr. Alexander because of questionable treatment by my prior dentist. He reviewed the prior care, provided me with alternatives, and did the treatment in a timely, professional and cost sensitive manner. He did a great job.

I am glad Dr Alexander bought this practice, we've been going there for over 20 years. He and staff are professional, warm, and well connected to the local and medical community. We have always been treated well and have never once thought about "shopping around" for another family dentist.

The front office staff is very rude. The medical assistant did not take all the x-rays included in the comprehensive oral x-rays even though they told me she did and even though they billed the insurance for the comprehensive oral x-rays and now the insurance will not cover another full series of x-rays for another 2 years. I will not go back to that office and I will not recommend to someone else.

My mother, daughter, son, daughter-in-law and I all see Dr Alexander. We have always been impressed with the sanitation of his office and equipment and the attention by both him and his staff to any problems or worries we may have. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

Excellent! I hate going to the dentist but Dr Alexander and his crew are fantastic. He's knowledgable, professional, gentle. The crew is warm and friendly and helpful. I've never had billing or other issues in the at least 10 years I've been going to that clinic.
About Hygienist: Great! Gentle, warm and friendly, do a thorough job. They make sure you are comfortable, and they like to educate too. Jo is the best!

My whole family goes to Dr. Alexander. He is a very friendly, personable and trust-worthy dentist. A few years ago, I had a front tooth knocked out and Dr. Alexander and his staff did a great job at restoring and replacing my tooth. I had to undergo three root canals, all were fine...who can truly say a root canal is great, right!? Anyways, I would reccommend Dr. Alexander and his staff to anyone in the Portland-area!

Easy-going and professional. Dr. Alexander has done extensive work on me recently (5 fillings) and he is skilled, honest and very, very competent. His fillings were the best I've ever had done. Terrific staff and great, prompt scheduling and service!
