Read Reviews for Dr. Charles Belusko
Dr. Belusko is my absolute favorite of every dentist I have ever had! I have returned to him after years of being out of town, and having several other dentists.
He is by far the most careful, never continuing if he thought I was in pain, taking the extra time required to get me numb ( I respond poorly to anesthesia) and carefully explaining what he was about to do, each time before doing it.
I have had the cosmetic veneers that he gave me for twenty-plus years and they are still every bit as good, and none of the many crowns and root canals, etc, that he performed on me have gone on to give me any trouble whatsoever! Five stars, Dr. Belusko, and thank you so much!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff has changed over the years as well, and I really liked the one from the old days, but the woman now is smart, organized and on top of things!
About Hygienist: These have changed over the years, and the one I have now has the least friendly charm, but is still perfectly friendly, and always remembers me, what I like and don't like, etc.
I know this doctor: Since 1992

Dr Belusko uses old equipment that doesn't always work and his methods are rough and outdated. He messed up my routine procedure so badly that I experienced months of pain and had to seek care from another dentist to repair his mess. The office is small, cramped and not so clean. Extremely unprofessional on every level.
About Hygienist: Very young and inexperienced.
I know this doctor: 6 months

My husband called this dentist on a Friday complaining of worsening pain, he suspected from a crown the dentist had improperly put in. The dentist could not be bothered to help him until Monday. On Saturday the pain was so bad he called the dentist again. He prescribed a pain killer. Unfortunately, the pain was by this time so severe that he was crying in pain and could not function. His weekend was ruined. I think this dentist could have at least recommended my husband see one of his colleagues to get the problem handled quickly. I don't see why he had to suffer for three days.

Dr. Belusko,
One of the best dentist experiences I have had. In the past I have been made to wait inordinate periods of time to see the dentist, only to speak with the hygienist and have the Dr. walk through the room. The dental experience was fast and convenient. When I needed a filling I was in and out in a 45 min. There was minimal excess talking and maximum choice in the treatment I needed. The staff was helpful and worked with my schedule to make any appointment when I wanted not when was most convenient for them. Hope this helps.

This was several years ago when I used to go, and I hope he improved. At that time, I was not impressed with several incidents. First, his daughter came in to talk to him, and they were talking casually about school for quite long time while the patients are being treated with their mouth wide open. I thought this was very unprofessional. The second incident was the suction tube got stuck under my tongue as he left it on one spot for a long time. At that time, there was no assistant to watch for this. Instead of stopping the suction first, he yanked it out, and my mouth bled. He did a couple of crowns, but after changing dentists, I was told over and over how bad the job was. I sincerely hope he improved since then.

This is a husband/wife practice; apparently Mrs. Belusko gets all the female patients and Mr. (Charles) Belusko gets the male patients. I've been to his office about a dozen times the past five years and am still uncertain about this guy. He has a lot of experience and seems to be of above average competency although a severe toothache I had was misdiagnosed as a "muscle trauma" and went untreated for over a year; resulting in the loss of the tooth. On one hand, that tooth was in bad shape; on the other hand, I wonder if the problem would have been caught earlier by another dentist.
