Dentist is very old school. Takes way too long on procedures. Hands are very shaky. Very painful injections!!! My crown color is way off from the rest of my teeth! He wears glasses but they don't seem to help him. Tooth still has a lot of sensitivity after almost 2 years!
About Front Desk: Not flexible with scheduling. Office Manager does not have a very pleasant tone. She seems irritated and overwhelmed with her job and it shows!

I've been going to Dr. Freed nearly my whole life. He and the nurses are great and very professional. Gail on the other hand, who handles schedules and billing, is terrible. She'll give you a hard time if you don't pay your bills in full, then send you a bill for twice what you owe with no explanation of why. I got a bill for over $1000 today. When I called with concerns about the bill she spoke to me like I had down syndrome, said the bill was correct, then asked me for a $100 payment. I'm tired of her confusing the both of us, giving me a hard time about paying in full, and poor communication. I've given Gail around $7,500 over the past years. You'd think that would hold some weight.

My family is thrilled to have found Dr. Freed! We went to couple of other dentists when we first moved into the area. They were both well over priced according to my insurance company! Dr. Freed is priced fairly, and he isn't always trying to "sale" things you don't need. It's so nice to find such a gentle and trustworthy dentist! The staff is also worthy of two thumbs up!
