I have seen Dr. Harbour 2 times now, and both times I was amazed at how well he handled my pain - on both visits I had cavities drilled & filled, and the way he administered the novocaine injections was fantastic - I was completely numb after the first set of injections and had absolutely no pain during the procedures. I am a huge baby about this stuff and usually feel every little pinch, and he did a great job! One of my fillings wasn't quite right, and he fixed it as soon as it started to fail. His staff was pleasant and helpful and worked with me on payments since my insurance sucks! Plus, he has some classic videos to watch (I watched Young Frankenstein) while having work done, so time really flew by!
About Hygienist: His staff is professional and pleasant. I have had no problems with anyone in this office! I would recommend them to anyone. The office is a little sparsely decorated, but other than that, I see no drawbacks to seeing Dr. Harbour!

Best Dentist Ever! I never used to be able to go to the Dentist without gas. He does not use it, I have never minded. I never dread going to the dentist. He also sees my children and has since they were 2. They are now 4, 6 and 13. When we drive by his office, they ask if we can go and see him. They nag me to go to their 6 month check-ups. If his staff was not able to work with my insurance (which they always do) I woudl pay out of pocket to keep going there.
About Hygienist: Wonderful, skilled, professional. The office is a great mix of professional and relaxation with casual and family.

There was absoutly no pain at all. I have never been to a dentist where I did not feel that needle go into my gums. His staff and the four legged staff are absoutly awesome. Everyone there was happy, made you laugh, made you feel at ease. I loved my experience and will refer everyone I know to this dentist and his staff.

Painful and not to mention he proceeded to lecture me as he drilled into my teeth. I did not enjoy this dentist one bit and have had dentist that are a lot more gentle.

My visits to Dr. Harbour's office were relaxing and enjoyable considering the fact that I was still going to the Dentist. His staff was always friendly. My favorite part about Dr. Harbour was that he actually took the time to know me and he never forgot stuff about me. We only saw each other twice a year for cleanings (I have good teeth, so our visits were minimal) but he always managed to be able to pick up on our last conversation. The technology used at Dr. Harbour's office was amazing! Images of my X-rays were immediate and appeared on a screen that I could view or watch the Simpsons, which ever I chose. I always walked away with a goodie bag full of teeth cleaning fun stuff, a friendly smile, a thoughtful word and a pat on the back for flossing daily. Because I have traveled much in my life, I have visited many, many Dentist. Dr. Harbour was by far the best I ever had. I moved away from Oregon and am now seeking a new Dentist. It will be tough to replace him.
