Read Reviews for Dr. Fay Holman
Fay recommended my filling to be replaced because of a chip. I now have nerve damage and sensitivity and am needing to get a root canal. I am worse off now and am very unhappy! She is very expensive, her procedure of replacement for two fillings cost $660! $300 of that I have to pay out of my pocket! Now I will have to pay more money to fix this problem she created.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was friendly and nice.

This person did some really awful work on one of my teeth resulting in several thousand dollars in repairs to fix them. I went in to have a filling replaced and asked for a porcelain filling. Dr. Homan insisted I have the tooth filling next to it replaced as well. She did both. She did not "cure" them correctly and had to go back in to repair this in a following appt. In the process, she drilled too far in one tooth and cracked the. I ended up having to get a root canal in one and a crown put on the other one. She actually removed, (literally tore out), some of the gum between the two teeth leaving a large space between my teeth and also did not seat the crowns correctly, leaving an uncomfortable bite and GAP between the crown and the remaining tooth. I found this out after experiencing a fistula in the gum of that tooth and went in to see a new dentist. My new dentist who was really stunned by this shotty work. Upon my work up she said that the gap allowed decay under the one crown and we had to remove it. The tooth cracked and ended up unsalvagable and had to be extracted. A new crown had to be cast and reseated to replace the second crown Dr. Holman seated incorrectly.
I tried to file a report with the ADA but got nowhere.

very friendly, but got tired of spending so much time in the waiting room. reached a point where i started scheduling my appoinments for first in the morning to try to eliminate waiting room time - but that didn't work either.

Very friendly and easy-going but still professional. The front desk attendant is very helpful and is extremely nice. The hygienist seemed like she was very new and lacking in confidence which made things a little uncomfortable.

This dentist is nice. The office clean and comfortable. But, they do not help with identifying the most cost effective ways to get the work you need done. We're just surprised when you get a huge bill. I was ALWAYS referred out to other dentist. I think they should tell you they can't do certain dental work. (not that the work required a second opinion. I really believe she refers out because "dentists do referrals" to their other dental friend, if you know what I mean. It always seemed unneccessary. Over a small thing. This really adds up of course. I have since caught on and have a new plan.

It's easy to get an appointment with Dr. Holman. Here's why. My first appointment, I spent an hour watching a video about the benefits of laughing gas. I'm not kidding. She said I needed a root canal, which she couldn't do, so I had to wait a couple months and drive twenty miles for the doctor she referred me to. Repair of that tooth has gone incredibly badly (I'm sitting here years later with half a tooth, trying to find someone who will fix it).
When I went back to Dr. Holman a few months later for a checkup, she didn't remember I'd ever been there before and made me watch the video again. I never returned.
A terrible waste of time, and a net loss to my dental health.
