He ripped me off. I gave him $2000.00 in advance for dental work to be done. After the second visit, all that was done so far were two temporary plastic-type filings (to stop the pain) and then he gave me a new proposal. It stated that I would need to give him an additional $4000.00 to complete the neccessary work. I decided to go elsewhere and asked for a refund for incompleted work. He sent $84.00. Claiming a list of things that he did not do as the reason for the expense. When confronting on this he said 'Once I start a proceedure the patient owes me all the money for that procedure, whether we finish it or not.' He said I signed an agreement to this, which I did not! 'Then, okay,' I said to Johnson Harry H Dentist, 'you finish the job you started'. I missed an appointment and he billed me an additional $135.00 for the things he was going to do...fine. My next appointment, I called saying I was on my way, he said, 'I don't want to service you anymore, I'll call your sister next week and refund alittle more of the money.'
Three months have passed and nothing. I figure after paying for th missed appointment and temporary filings I owe Harry H Johnson approx.$405.00, that would leave him owing me approx. $1500.11.
