Sometimes the novocaine wasn't as effective as it could have been and I felt pain. Also, sometimes it would take numerous shots to numb the area he meant to numb. Not as good as my last dentist (who was exceptional! ). Unfortunately that was in another city. My plan no longer covers him, so I'm looking for another.

Great dentist, bad billing management and feedback. Overcharged for a bill and we had disputed, but nothing got resolved.

Nice experience - very satisfied with the work that he did. The the atmosphere was very low key and relaxing.
