Dr Reese Turner and his entire staff make my visits to the dentist stress-free, which was not my experience with previous dental providers. Dr Turner is extremely thorough and presents all options available for dental procedures, without any pressure or fear tactics. Dr. Turner is available for last minute emergency dental care and is very cognizant of his patient's comfort. His office staff is extremely pleasant and efficient, and his hygenist is also very thorough and gentle. I have recommended Dr Turner and his staff to all of my friends.

Had to have crowns fixed numerous times due to poor workmanship.
Stay on their billing department. If they are ever asked for additional information to get a claim paid, they never send it and you will be stuck with the whole bill!

Before I found Dr Turner I always had anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr Turner changed all of that! I now go regularly with no fears. Prices are fair and staff is nice and professional. I will never change dentists again and would recommend Dr. Turner especially to those who might have anxiety about dentists. 6 stars in my book!!

I hated going to the dentist. my first visit with Dr. Turner and his staff helped me with my fear of going to the dentist, he explained what needed to be done, what he can do and what my options were and Dr. Turner has not only done a great job fixing my teeth, he also given me my cofidence back. Anyone needing
a great dentist at reasonable prices Dr. Turner is the dwnist to call.

Dr. Turner is great! He has never been pushy about the work that he recommends and I've always loved the work that he has done! The staff is very friendly as well.

Dr Turner is the best, he's done my front crowns along with root canals and other stuff, he is always professional and my teeth are beautiful. I was never able to smile before now. I will never go anywhere else. Oh& can I mention that the shots never hurt!!!

He and his office are both unprofessional. THe office staff talk about what they did last night not about your teeth.

Extremely unprofessional office staff and dentist!!! The "girls" he employs are extremely rude and impersonable!! Dr,Turner himself is a joke, he smelled of booze so strongly it seemed as if he drank all night until the sun came up and then staggered into work!! he costantly used foul language and cracked innapropriate, jokes!! he then came up with a crazy treatment plan which included crowns,veneers,bridges ect.....I have since gone to another dentist for a second opinion and did not need any such things!! i would not recommend him to my worst enemy!!!

I went to Dr. Turner to have him perform a root canal and insert a crown. The office was impersonal, they LOST my crown so I had to wait extra weeks to have it put in, and they NEVER returned my phone calls. To make matters worse Dr. Turner did not correctly perform the root canal (he only cleaned the roots halfway down) and the crown he put in did not fit my mouth at all. I had to be seen by 2 specialists to fix the infection caused by Dr. Turner's negligence and was in excruciating pain for months. I had to be put on 5 antibiotics to clear the infection which spread to the bone in my jaw. X-rays showed that the crown he made left a large gap between the crown and my gumsand my new dentist said it seemed as if the crown was not made for my mouth at all, interesting coincidence considering the tooth was lost for awhile... Overall, I spent over $3000.00 to fix Dr. Turner's work, not to mention the work I missed. Dr. Turner claimed his work was just fine even though both the dentist and endodontist I saw to fix the problem were horrified by his work. If you plan on using Dr. Turner BEWARE of what it could actually cost you!

All the offices are open to other offices. In other words other patients hear about your care and personal information. Dr. Turner spent his time in my room talking with his associate about another dentist-negatively. Music is too loud! Two assistants discussed another patient while I was in the room.
