He is a poor dentist and should retire. I had Invisalign braces through his office and when completed, he threw away MY trays without permission. That was thousands of dollars out of my pocket that he discarded. He never apologized or offered compensation. He also worked on my father who has had to go to another dental office to get his dentures repaired. They were shocked at the 'butcher job" (their words). My father is now in better hands.

I only had a cleaning done and that was superb. Dr. Estelle had physically shaky hands and I did not feel comfortable to return to him to have a restoration done. I don't want to ruin his career, but don't want my expensive dental work compromised either. He had to forcefully steady his hands on my jaws and face just to examine me. I can't imagine him being able to do delicate work, but I could be wrong, b/c I was too cautious to even want to find out. I was also put off by what I considered a solicitation to "lower my energy bill", which also helped save him $ on his energy bill. I think that is very unprofessional and does not belong in a professional's office.

Dr. Estelle is a good Dentist, a little costly but worth it. His receptionist is a very nice lady.
About Hygienist: Donna The Hygenist is one of the nicest people i have ever met, make you feel very comfortable and is an asset to Dr. Estelle staff.

Dr. Estelle and his staff have taken good care of my family, including young kids. Donna, the hygienist, is very nice and personable, as well as good at what she does. She is good with the kids. Dr. E himself is fine, a bit reserved but a good dentist. I appreciate that he is conservative in his recommendations, not seeming to recommend more aggressive work if we are genuinely OK without it. He strikes me as honest and I feel we can trust him and his staff.

Abscessed tooth--got an emergency visit with only minimal grief---lots of pain--Doc asked--" Any pain ?"---I answered,...
"yes...quite a bit."----He did exam---wrote Rx for antibiotic Tx,...
made appt. for re-visit in 3 days for extraction...and...??? Had to ask,..."Rx for pain med ?"---He says,...(curtly)...You said you didn't have any pain!!!---HUH???? Who else was in the room and answered that ??? I replied---"No, I actually said that there was a lot of pain..." Exasperated look---then, writes Rx for 12 tabs of Tylenol #3---,throws it on the counter and leaves to go to another room.I think,..."Bad vibes??"--But, after 3 days, I return---He shoots novacaine into my soft, sore, painful gum---3 times!!!! Never thought to numb the gum first with that pink bubble-gum salve, like NORMAL, THINKING, HUMANE , Dentists ALWAYS do!!,...That area is very tender without the inflammation of infection !!! After the first shot, he asked " It's numb,...right?"---"Nope,..I reply---not yet!"...He's annoyed---gives another shot---5 minutes---"Ready??"---NOPE,...still not numb!!! Now he's really pissed!!! Must have a hot date!! Another
shot--doesn't do much--he pulls the tooth anyway---very painful!!But,..I'm done--leave, and NEVER go back!!!!!

Dr. Estelle is very nice, but he had never heard of the extremely popular electric toothbrush that was recommended to me by another dentist. This surprised me and it makes me wonder if he keeps up with trends like he should. He does use digital x-rays so maybe this is just a fluke.

Dr. Estelle is an excellent Dentist, very efficient, and personable. I have had only very positive experiences with him and his staff.
