I have had cleanings and fillings. His chair-side manner is great. He is very straight forward with any dental procedures you need done. He makes you very comfortable.

Our insurance expired from our group plan and we bought a new plan based on who Dr. Hershfeld accepted. He's great.

I checked out 5 different dentists before I chose Dr. Herschfeld. He was really funny and helped me to relax. I don't like the novacaine needle and I had to have it done a few times and never felt any pain from it. He really knows how to do it right! My 7 year old was afraid of dentists and he even felt comfortable!
I would recommend dr. Herschfeld for any procedure BUT I really had a problem with feeling comfortable with one of the hygienists. She never had a smile on her face and I felt like I was being treated as ignorant when going over and asking questions about my son's treatments and the procedures the doctor was going to perform. The doctor himself and receptionists were great though.

Dr. Herschfeld is wonderful. I have been going to him for YEARS and he has always made me feel safe, comfortable and added some GREAT humor as well. He is thorough, dedicated and available to his patients. I have never been in pain with anything he has done. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new Dentist. His staff is equally as wonderful. They must have to pass a customer service test to work with him! He is THE best....

We have been using Dr. Herschfeld for almost 20 years now! He is so good that when we moved from Bensalem to West Chester (Chester County) we continued to use him - even with the 50 minute commute.
No one is better. Period.
