Dr. Heacox is always very nice and friendly, but his office never answers the phone or returns calls. Things always seem to go wrong and they do not keep customers informed. It's like they want to go out of business.

He did nothing except clean my teeth and make a two tooth bridge (which should have been three) but he refused to do the proper treatment. He took one set of full mouth x-rays in all this time...Bottom line, he is now being cited by the state for 5 counts of disciplinary action where he coild lose his license to practice, and I am suing him on a personal basis for letting my teeth all decay and sending me to a oral surgeon to pull them out. DO NOT use this man for your dental care or you could end up like me, losing 8 teeth and now I have spend $12,000 to replace them, and I am not finished yet.

Filings fell out after a few months, nothing was done to fix them

Great dentist, friendly, informative and highly competent. Professional and excellent chair-side manner. Thorough and never have had any issues, best dentist ever!

Dr. Heacox is great for your standard dental needs. The office is bright and clean and the employees are really friendly. Definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Heacox is my best friends dad and is a koolio guy. I have never been there but i know that he will, and would do a great job for me if i went there.

Dr. Heacox is an extremely talented Dentist. I've been through a few procedures with other Dentists and I've never received this level of service before! Pain free procedures - comfortable environment and everything that he has done for me has lasted. Dr. Heacox is by far the best Dentist I have ever used. Absoluely reccomend that you give him a try.
