Dr. T gave me a Hollywood smile and I am very happy with his work. I have been coming to him for 10 years. If it was not for Dr. T I probably would be wearing dentures. He is so gentle. I work for an insurance company and I know that they try not to cover anything but cleanings. The staff is very knowledgable about insurance and trust me, if they can't get your insurance company to pay for a special services, it is your insurance company not the dentist. Plus Dr. T offers Care Credit so I can pay monthly if I need to.

I have always had a great fear of the dentist, stemming from a terrible childhood experience. When I first went to Dr. T the staff makes you feel as if you're family and not a patient. That was really helpful with regards to my anxiety. Still very apprehensive but Dr T. came into the room and he could tell immediately how afraid I was. He talked to me about the treatment that I needed and told me that he could tell that I was so afraid. He told me that we would start very slowly with the easiest treatement required and work our way up. With each visit there were less tears and less anxiety. Now when I walk into the office there is no anxiety. I am so proud of myself but I know with out Dr. T's great chairside manner and expertise I would probably not have teeth today. Simply amazing.
About Hygienist: Tracy Zaroslinski the hygienist is awesome. She is so thorough and explains all procedures thoroughly. She is so knowledgeable and gentle it is totally awesome

Dr. Thompson is a very professional and talented dentist. Appointments are easily obtained and start on time. I first used him in an emergency and refuse to go anywhere else since! His staff is wonderful and the hygienist is very talented and thorough. They will work out payments for those who need care. You can see your xrays on a computer screen and they'll explain any work that needs to be done. You can listen to music or even watch movies while getting dental work done! Dr. Thompson is really thoughtful and puts his patients first!
About Hygienist: Tracy is the best, most talented and sweetest hygienist ever! she's quick, but thorough, and takes care not to cause unnecessary discomfort.

Both my wife and I had work done by this dentist and we both have had problems. In my case, every filling that he put in has since fallen out and had to be replaced. He or his assistant chipped three of my teeth in the process of one root canal and cap. My wife had to return 3 times to have a cap replaced that came off. Then to ad insult to unjury, after being paid in full for all the work done on both of us, almost a year later we recieved a bill for 300.00 for work done on my wife to correct his mistakes with the cap.

I have been going to Dr. Thompson for years and he is the gentliest doctor that makes you feel comfortable and relieves any anxiety. His complete office staff is friendly and welcoming. I would never trade Dr. Thompson and his staff for the world. They are very comforting, welcoming, gentle, accomodating and treats you special. If you want to feel like part of their family and have excellent dental work done also, go see Dr. Thompson.
