Dr. Basara has left the practice with no forwarding address. The extensive work he did (including crowns and bridgework) for my entire upper mouth left a disgusting taste in my mouth which has affected my overall health.
I was given the runaround and have no where to go now to have this fixed.
The cosmetic result has horizontal and vertical ridges, the bight is complete incorrect and the teeth are short, fat and unattractive.
