Dr. Polidor is pleasant and fine for cleanings and routine checkups, however I would not recommend for any services. She replaced a filling for me which resulted in severe pain over the last 4 month due to a very high filling (2 mm). I returned to her three times, with little relief and finally went back to my old dentist who corrected the mistake.
On the day of the original appointment to replace the filling, she was rushed and did not allow the novicane shot enough time to take effect, and administered a second shot to hurry the numbing, instead of waiting the appropriate time. The entire side of my face, up to my eye continued to numb on the drive home after the appointment.
I will not go back.

I changed dentist's mainly because I didn't care for how impersonal my dentist of many years had become. One of the really neat things about Polidor is that she does NOT run a production line of dentists like some sort of Legal Practice. Great lady with exceptional and professional service who actually does it all!
