Horrible customer service waited a bit over a month for exam for services. Confirmed my apportionment by text and in person day before. Office called day before with another persins cancellation. I declined due to my husbands work schedule.should have taken that cancellation. Next day was my appointment. Appeared early filled out paperwork in a very timely manner then sat, sat sat, two patients walked in after me were taken within moments. Those patients plus one other , total three ,exited while I was sitting in frozen waiting room. Then two other patients walked in. I left without being seen. Upon first entering I should have had a clue as reception girl had to be called to desk that I was there. After paperwork was completed and handed in I was completely ignored. No one even acknowledged my existence. Wasted all that time, gas, and energy and I still don't have a dentist and need a crown and a filling completed.
