Avoid Carano's circus. Horrifying, unconscionable, room-temperature IQ staff. I was 4 minutes early for my appointment, and they canceled it. They gave me a song and dance that I was 11 minutes late so they refused to honor my appointment. The truth is that they made a mistake with the appointment, and I was actually early. I still have the voice mail message to prove their idiocracy. Go somewhere else, Carano's is a corrupt and unethical dumb with Broom Hilda at the helm of the ship as the receptionist from Hell!

I finid the practive very clean, professional and have very little problems with their treatment.
About Hygienist: the hygenist is friendly and comfortable to be with.

The receptionist is very disorganized. They tried to charge me for a missed appointment, when in fact they called me for an earlier appointment. 2 weeks later I get nasty voicemails and letters. As though she is in the debt collection business. Needless to say I will not be going back there. Dr Carano and Kingston are very professional and the hygienists are nice. I have spent $2500 there in the last 3 years. My beef is with the disorganized, sarcastic receptionist. I thought Dr Carano and Dr. Kingston would like to know that.
