They made a good impression and cleanings went well but this is NOT a good place for younger children, not sure why they boast about their "pediatric dentistry" knowledge. My children have been to several dentists and this was by far the WORSE experience. Complete disregard for the patients comfort during the procedure. Very unorganized, somewhat incompetent staff, and noted the Dr. did not wash or use sanitizer between my child and the next patient just changed gloves, if it was not an urgent issue I would have walked out. Absolutely not coming back.

Bad dentist. Did 3 crowns wrong and had to drill them all off and redo them, which caused severe pain and 2 root canal flareups and damage to teeth and resultant loss of 2 teeth (extractions done by oral surgeon who confirmed bad dental work of Dentist). She did a root canal and missed a canal which also resulted in weeks of severe pain, and eventual loss of tooth. She said I needed another root canal on another tooth due to infection, but 2 endodontists said there was no infection and no root canal was needed.

Dr. Winterholler got me out of TMJ pain and smiling again. I'll forever be grateful!
