I went to this office under the assumption it was going to be friendly and pain free. After consultation and dental inspection and fully aware my teeth were in bad shape, a treatment plan was agreed upon. On my last visit, my understanding a filling was to be done, she changed her mind and started a root canal, so with exposed nerve and a major throbbing in my mouth to the point I was crying, she put me in the lobby so I can call my husband to see if he had the money to pay for it.We did not so she pulled the tooth. Even though this happened approx. 2 years ago, I still feel like it happened yesterday. I finally got up the nerve to say something.

Dr. Liu is the best. She did all our work and has always been professional and puts money back into her business. She is always learning new techniques and updating her skills as well as her employees. I love getting a crown in one visit! She also did my Invisalign and I am very happy with the outcome. She listens to your concerns and works closely to make sure they are considered. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. We've moved out of state and because of her service it has been very hard to find a new dentist.
About Hygienist: Hygienist are as great as the dentist that hired them. Always efficient and usually on time. 5 stars here too

Dr liu is thorough, gentle and kind. She limits her clients so you don't sit and wait in her beautiful office forever. Family friendly, there are snacks and drinks in the office, a television and magazines, a childrens play area, toothbrushes and mouthwash in the restroom, and lollipops or M&M's at the receptionist desk when you checkout. everything is clean and beautifully decorated. I have refered many people to her and they like her as much as I do and I will keep her as my dentist indefinitely.

BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER SEEN. SHE HAS ALWAYS RETURNED OUR CALLS WITHIN MINUTES FOR DENTAL EMERGENCIES AND PROVIDED TREATMENT ON BOTH NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. HER SKILL IS REMARKABLE AND SHE IS A VERY CARING PERSON. SHE IS NOT JUST THE BEST DENTIST IN THE PHOENIX AREA BUT THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN.
