Dr. Nelson's office got me in that morning when I called about a very bad toothache I had developed. Dr. Nelson was very patient and talked me through the procedure I would have the next day. I spent 4 hours with them and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and they were all extremely pleasant to be around. Lori, the Hygienist was so gentle and thorough. I was dreading the procedure to come after the cleaning but with Rose, the Dental Technician, and Dr. Nelson beside me, it went better than I thought it would. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful, unlike any other dental office I have ever visited. I recommend them to all my friends now, knowing that even the most super cowards will be very well taken care of!
