ok, staff very friendly and helpful. all else is average. the environment is relatively low key and not that special. parking is super in that it is easy to park.

Have gone here for 15 yrs. Never had any problems, but I've also never had anything other than a cleaning. I once had a chip in my front tooth and i was not happy with how much he sanded off of it to even it out.. i think it looks bad now when it wasn't noticeable before. maybe i was not clear enough in my instructions... the facilities are old, which scares me a little bit (very old x-ray machines...) , but it is clean. since i only had cleanings, everything was covered by my insurance with no problems. they sent me a post card after 6 mos for my next apptmnt, but i only went once per yr. last yr. i moved and went to a new dentist, and they were definitely more thorough. they took measurements of my teeth, for example. not sure whether this is important or not.

Dr. Pachman was the most professional dentist I have even been to!! The atmosphere in his office was not only pleasant, but everyone seemed to enjoy each other's company, and made me feel "part of the family". I experienced no pain, which is typically my number one conern in any dentist's office. If only I didn't move to North Carolina, I would still be going to him. Then again, I just might move back to Pa....................
