Dr.Clark and her staff are excellent. The office is clean and everyone is very professional. Dr. Clark is so sweet, personable and careful. She spent a whole hour scraping away and then buffing my teeth. I feel like my mouth is totally free from tartar. She also took time to walk me through my x-rays and discuss any potential future gum issues reminding me how important flossing is. The office is willing to work with pretty much any insurance company, too. I'm ALMOST looking forward to my next appointment.

I went to Stephanie Clark after I initially moved to the area. At my first appointment, she was running 40 minutes late for an exam that took all of 5 minutes. At my second appointment, she asked me several questions to which I answered either "No, ma'am" or "Yes, ma'am". This is a habit of mine. I call everyone ma'am or sir, out of respect. Dr. Clark asked me to stop calling her ma'am because she said, "It sounds racist. It reminds me of slavery." I was completely shocked that I would be called racist for trying to be respectful to someone who was older than me and also a doctor. Still, I saw her again to have a cavity filled. For one cavity, she gave me two shots of novocaine. I immediately felt a golf ball sized lump form in my cheek. After the procedure I looked in the mirror and the left side of my face had swelled up like I had my wisdom teeth removed. It stayed this way for DAYS and the bruising that came with it is still sticking around, 2 WEEKS LATER! I strongly advise you not to visit this dentist

Had routine check up and filling. Minimal discomfort, office staff was courteous. I am very impressed.

About Hygienist: I had a routine dental appointment and my experience was very satisfactory. Dr. Clark was very thorough and she treated me with respect and dignity. I felt clean and very well cared for.

I don't actually remember what the cost was. But I had one checkup and cleaning and was done with her. The cleaning was incredibly cursory and hasty, and she failed to notice one cavity that I could feel with my tongue, and who knows what others. I scheduled a follow-up appointment but apparently they don't do reminder calls, because I only remembered after the date had passed. Which was fine, because I had no intention of going back. And here's the conversation I just had: "Hi, I had an appointment there a few months ago and am now going to a dentist near my work. I was wondering if I could pick up my x-rays." "No. There's a 25 dollar duplication fee and you need to give us the name of the doctor we can send them to." So that was that. It's probably not the wise thing to do, but I'd rather pay my new, good dentist for redundant x-rays than give more money to Dr. Clark.

Very nice dentist. The billing has been done HORRIBLY with coordinating benefits between my two plans. Also...plan to wait a while before you get seen.
