I have been seeing Dr Baldon most of my adult life. He is the only dentist my children have ever seen. We have seen Dr. Baldon every 6 months like clockwork for the most part give or take a month for the odd rescheduling incident. The last few years for various reasons Dr Baldon has been increasingly unreliable regarding keeping of scheduled appts. 7 months ago we were told all is well, see you in 6 months. As I was unable to reschedule a cancelled appt after leaving 3 messages, we saw someone new. Since my 17 yr old had to have a root canal today due to severe decay, I would have to say I am very disappointed in our recent care with Dr Baldon. This could not possibly have happened in 7 months time.

Dr. Baldon is a nice guy, but over the years has been less and less reliable in keeping appointments. We finally decided to see another dentist. Turns out Baldon had done no more than superficial cleanings through the years, avoiding problem areas to the point that my 15 year old daughter had two teeth with cavities so invasive that in another 6 months they would have needed root canals to save the teeth. Do your family a favor and find another dentist!

I have been seeing Dr. Baldon twice a year for 18 years. He has just sent me for a periodontal exam. I have severe bone loss and will lose at least 4 teeth right now, maybe more. According to the Perio I should have been sent at least 3-4 years ago. I am very upset with Baldon. I trusted him with my dental health and he really failed me. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Baldon for routine exams and cleanings for several years. I have never had such a painless experience with a dentist before. He also has a very pleasant, easygoing personality. Although we have just moved to a different part of town, we plan to continue seeing Dr. Baldon.
