I have had exams, fillings, cleanings and veneers done by Dr. Valdes.
I was always treated wonderfully by both dentist and staff. Appointments were taken on time (5-10 minute wait at most), atmosphere professional and pleasant but the best part is how much Dr. Valdes cares about her her patients .
The work, always perfect. She did not over treat and I had the utmost trust in her opinions.
I moved from the area, to Florida, so no longer a regular patient but even though my dentist here is adequate, I miss Dr. Valdes, most especially the caliber or her work.

I had xrays taken and teeth filled. She also tried unsuccessfully to pull my tooth. Ouch!
Every time I went to this office, it got dirtier. The floor had blood and used dental floss on it, and the whole place smells like insecticide. The pen the hygienist was using was a freebie from an exterminator.
Also, Dr. Valdez is often in a bad mood, and I've heard her scream at her staff more than once. Her prices are cheap, but I'm fed up.

Dr. Valdes is the best. She cares about her patients. She is very skilled and does not hurt. She has a wonderful chair-side manner. She has made my teeth beautiful! She makes me laugh and is not full of herself. She took my insurance when other dentist said it was terrible insurance. She has had the same office staff the whole time I have been going to her office. They are great women. I do not fear going to the dentist.
