beautiful place , great employees. Dentist can be a scary place for me but they make me feel relaxed.

I was a patient of Dr. Clausen's. My dental insurance covered me at a higher rate at another local dentist. I sent a form to the Clausen office to have my dental records transferred to the new dentist that was primary on my dental plan. The records never were sent to the new dentist. Customer service is poor in my opinion. The deep cleaning they put me through did not get rid of my deep pockets either.
About Hygienist: I did like the hygienist. She was gentle and thorough.

He is the BEST dentist I have ever been with. So gentle and caring; one doesn't even know he is working in your mouth.

I was nervous about getting root canal, but the staff was so nice and made me very comfortable.. Dr. Clausen was excellent at getting me numb.. I didnt even feel anything!.. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.. His staff is very caring!

Overall, I would say that Dr. Clausen is good. But like all care providers, he seems to be in a hurry. He rushed through my daughter's visit to take a phone call. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask him questions or finish our conversation for that matter. I was also really disapointed to learn that he is not a participating provider with our dental insurance and the office manager did not notify me of that. She said that they accept all major insurance carriers. She was misleading and not honest. This left us with a large bill for our visit. Needless to say, I learned my lesson with the insurance and semantics. Now I know why his office is like a health spa. His charges and fees are very high because he is not an in-network provider. I have since found a new dentist.
