This is truly a family practice - daughter Cindy joined the team June 2008. When it comes to dental work, I am a chicken. Doc, as he is referred to, is a kind and patient individual who takes time to explain what he is going to do and let's you know when to anticipate different feelings (like "you might feel a little pressure now").
In addition to the novocaine standard they also have nitrous oxcide to help you relax.
The front office is led by Lorraine. You get a reminder post card in the mail for the semi-annual visits for routine cleanings. She also gives a reminder phone call for upcoming appointments. They take the time to understand your insurance program to recommend the best options for the types of treatments needed. They also work with you to set-up a payment plan for out-of-pocket expenses.
I've been very pleased with the calibre of service received.
About Hygienist: Liz and Beth are the hygienists. They have a thoughtful, pleasant manner and show a geniune interest in the patients. The cleanings are gentle yet thorough. They even have flavored fluoride rinse! When you leave, you have a smile on your face and a new toothbruth and floss in hand.
