Will never go back here again! First of all, the last two times I went to this dentist, they had no idea of what they were supposed to do. What I scheduled and what they had record of were not the same. This last experience was terrible. Was to get a cleaning and filling. Never got the cleaning. The filling (I thought one tooth...they thought another) took almost three hours. They had to numb my gums twice, but I could still feel the paid and pressure. I was very uncomfortable and he knew it, but he had no chair-side manners through this whole process. Sad story is that this tooth had no paid initially...guess he thought the filling was getting old, which it was. Now, I have pain and much sensitivity on this tooth. They say never fix something that isn't broken. It wasn't broken..now it is. So, I'm off to find another dentist to correct his mistake. Plus, I never got the cleaning I was scheduled to have. He didn't seem to care about this at all. I left the office after three hours in tears. In my opinion, he was rude, uncaring and unprofessional. Not the kind of person I want working in my mouth.
