Dr. Gropp seemed like a fine dentist, however I would never consider going back to that office after the rude treatment form his evening office staff. I would never recommend that anyone go to this dental office for that reason.
About Front Desk: The person working evenings has called our house twice and was very rude with my wife. We had an insurance misunderstanding and the office person tried to make it seem like it was all our fault. Very unprofessional. She called a second time for no good reason that we could discover other than to harass us- She said that we needed to pay the bill, but she had nit yet sent the bill. Very strange.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gropp and Dr. Miller to anyone. He has taken care of our whole family and we would not go anywhere else. We have had an entire array of services, from routine care, cleanings, flouride treatments as kids, to crowns and fillings, etc. They are very professional and gentle which is great for those of us who are a little nervous about going to the dentist. Their manners are wonderful, staff is curteous and kind, and they have taken most of the insurances I have had through different jobs over the years. Even when they haven't been fullly covered by my insurance I still have gone there because they do a great job and we trust them. I am currently doing invisalign through them as well and things are going wonderfully. Thanks!
