I went because I had a pain in my tooth. They filled the wrong tooth. Exposed the nerve. Left me in pain for 10 days and it wasn't the tooth that I had a problem. Now I gave two teeth hurting and have to wait 2 weeks for an appt. Save yourself time and pain and find another dentist

Charged $250 for temporary crown lasting four hours. Refused to discuss or negotiate. Hit-or-miss dental hygienists--one excellent, another perfunctory (ex steel worker). Insufficient parking. Cramped office

Great dental office. The office is busy but they took great care of me and my family.

About Hygienist: The hygienist Bill is great. Fun and very fast. Bush my teeth in the shower? It works!!!!!

I have been a patient at this office for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience. One time I did have a discrepancy on price and I wrote a note to Dr. Paul and got an immediate reply to my satisfaction. The receptionists are curteous and always seem to remember you even via phone.

I have been a patient at dr Pauls office for a long time and have always gotten exceptional care there until today. And I did not see dr paul I saw a dr muck? If he even was a doctor. He was incredibly rude and did not answer any of my questions instead treated me like I was an idiot. Iwent in with a concern of my front tooth being a tad bit loose. Im 25 years old and the little movement scared me! So natureally I am not a DENTIST so I go to the DENTIST to answer my questions. I sat in the dentist chair doe 2 minutes for the only words to come out of his mouth to be your going to have to see a periodontist." So I asked if its normal. To have a slightly loose tooth he answered "your going to have to see a periodontist" I then asked if your teeth can become loose when you get sick because I had just gotten over a virus. He replied seemingly annoyed and rude, "you need to see a periodontist" and he sent me on my way didnt even tell me to have a nice day. Like THANKS" DOC" I fuc**ng get the point that I need to see a god Damn periodontist I'm not hard of hearing and I'm not stupid answer my question with general information and pretend your happy to answer it. Have a nice day douchebag

They are very nice, efficient, and greet you when you enter the office! Will work with you as far as payment; I have a bit of a phobia, and they were extremely caring & understanding! I am continuing my treatment there, even after a hiatus, due to some life events. I would & have recommend Dr. Paul to everyone! The parking is a bit tough.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is efficient, very thorought, she explained everything she was doing, my teeth felt & looked great!

Dr. Paul makes you wait, and has no bedside manner. Makes you wait while he talks to his relatives on the phone. Dr, Jayson doesn't know what he is doing. don't trust anything he tells you. I have to go here because other dentists don't accept my insurance.
About Hygienist: The male hygenists is an ignorant bully. Use Amber, she is the only good thing about this office.

Terrible crown put on--it shattered after only 2.5 years, Dr. Paul examined the remains of it, told me he had made it incorrectly, then said he'd charge me full price again if I wanted another one. Now I am paying another small fortune to have one made again by a different dentist. Go here only if you have lots of time on your hands for visiting the dentist and dental insurance that will pay for the same procedure over and over again.

I have been a patient for over 3.5 years. I like the staff. They are very friendly and pleasant. My only downfall is that their evening appointments and dental hygenist appointments fill up very fast.
