I am normally a very easy going patient. I understand the importance of maintainence and can understand when unexpected expenses come up however; my most recent experience with House Dental was disheatening in the least. A normal routine filling turned into a $2000 root canal and crown. I was not even aware that I had reached my insurance max (not sure how they had already billed $1000 from a cleaning and checkup) and the team at Dr. House's office was reluctant to give me that information until after my tooth had been drilled through and exposed leaving me with no options but to get the root canal immediately or be in pain. Considering I wasn't even in pain at all before coming to the dentist, it was discouraging to say the least. I did not appreciate their lack of regard for my finances and blatant disregard for my insurance benefits. I can't help but feel that patient care has been lost and that greed has taken its place. Had they just told me I maxed out my insruance, I would have only had to wait two months until my insruance renewed and it would have saved me at least $1000. This is my first negative review ever but I would hate for anyone else to have the experience I did. I work in healthcare and understand insurance so I know the difference between a patient focused practice and one just in it for the money.

Dr. House is a dentist who cares for her patients. She has excellent followup after a procedure by personally calling to see how the patient is doing. A great office staff this is friendly and outgoing!

We are current patients and fans of Dr. House. My family use to dread our semi- annual dental & cleaning appointments but after switching to Dr. House we are just thrilled! She cares so much about making every patient feel comfortable & at ease. Since she is also a "mom" I feel she really understands how important it is to make the experience positive and has done wonders with our daughter who use to cry PRIOR to any previous dental visits. Now our daughter is all smiles and doesn't even mind a filling or two as long as we tell her Dr. House is the dentist doing it. Also, her staff is very caring as well and just SUPER about working with insurance and paperwork! We are just so happy to have Dr. House as our family dentist - she is awesome!
