Dr. Lau is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Pain free and works fast but quality is fantastic. Plus whenever I have an issue they get me in the same day. I'm always in great hands at Dr. Lau's. He's not the cheapest dentist but not most expensive. I always say you get what you pay for!!.
About Front Desk: The front office is always very friendly and I feel like family instead of just another number. Very easy to make appointments.

About Hygienist: I can tell my hygienist is very through but does not hurt me. If I have a sensitive area she puts a numbing topical and it feels better right away.

Dr. Lau is by far, The Best DDS I have ever met! I do not know him personally so please know these comments are really by a patient. He makes you feel very comfortable because he is super confidant which makes you at ease. His skills are like a plastic Surgeon! He transformed my smile (which 3 other DDS's could not get correct) in only 4 visits!
I used to hate to smile, and after Dr. Lou corrected my teeth, my smile has become one of my best traits! I will always be grateful for Dr. Lau's skills and comforting me, and he will forever remain my DDS of choice. His entire staff is awesome too by the way. Debra Savittierigg

Dr. Lau is fine. His staff is excellent and very pleasant. He seems to excel in cosmetic procedures but is not the best when it comes to maintenance issues. In general, he is very expensive compared to other dentists. His charging process is sometimes difficult to understand, such as multiple cavities in same tooth resulting in multiple charges for same tooth (insurance has difficulty approving such a charging process).

Dr. Lau is the best ever. If you're afraid of the dentist, fear no more. Dr. Lau is so nice, gentle and kind. I had a root canal there and I went back to work an hour later!
