It took this person five months to complete the installation of a simple partial bridge which is still painful when I chew.
He has been reported to the Az. Dental Assn. and they have issued a "letter of concern". I didn't think they'd do anything further since this organization like the medical associations favor their members and NOT the patients.

I originally went to Dr Payne because I liked the idea of a new office near my home. I've stayed because of the phenomenal care I've received at this location from both Dr Payne and my hygienist. I really like the people at this office and the one time I had an issue with a filling (a replacement started to hurt like crazy), Dr Payne got me back in immediately, replaced the filling with a temporary "medicated" filling that relieved the pain right away, and later replaced the temporary with a permanent - all on my schedule and without charge. I would recommend Dr Payne without reservation.

They have changed their customer service and it stinks. You have to call them back to confirm appointments, fill out paperwork all the time. It's a real pain -- so much so that after two years I am going to find another dental office

Excellent service in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Insurance always handled for you. Front desk is polite.
About Hygienist: Staff are pleasant, informative and efficient. Very thorough cleaning.

Front desk receptionist was pleasant and efficient. I waited nearly 90 minutes for the doctor to see me. And when he did, he spent all of 10 minutes with me. As I was getting ready to walk out...the dentist was walking in.
Offices are okay. Nothing special...somewhat cramped and dark. TV in the waiting area was fuzzy the whole time I was there. Not a big deal, but if you're going to put up a flat screen...might as well make sure it's working properly. Overall experience...4 out of 10.

Great modern office with the latest technology. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have wonderful extended office hours and flexible payment options. The doctor was very personable, gentle and explaned everything. I'm recommending Baseline Dental to all my family and friends!
