I find going to the dentist to be very stressful and Dr. Pierson had me completely at ease. She explained everything she was doing and was extremely gentle. I no longer have a dentist phobia thanks to Dr. Pierson!

Dr. Pierson did a wonderful job restoring my son's smile after he had lost his front tooth. She explained our options, and the pros and cons of each option. She provided excellent service, fees were reasonable, and my son is happy with his smile. The office staff was friendly and warm -- very comforting.
I just don't believe the negative review posted on this site could have any true merit. I would send friends of all ages to her for ongoing dental care.

As a former assistant of Dr. Pierson, I would say that the patient that accused her of yelling at him and ignoring him may have an ax to grind with the office. In the year or so that i worked with her, I found her professionalizm above reproach. I would love to work with her again. In my 22 years as an assistant and working with many dentists, I find that she is one of my most favorite to work with. If I had a young child, I would especially want Dr Pierson to treat him or her

I have had Dr. Pireson for over 5 years and she is the best dentist I have ever had. She made sure that I was confortable before she begain her work. Once she finished I have never had to go back for her to fix anything. I highly recommend her to anyone.

i was left alone in the room unattended in pain for a period of time while she was with another patient...after about 20 minutes i had to scream at the top of my lungs 3 times for a few minutes more before an assistant came in to help me out....when dr. grayson finally came back she immediately started yelling at me, pointing her finger and getting in my face criticizing me for my bad language and she showed no concern for my pain and wasn't interested in what i was complaining about in the first place. i apologized for my language several times and i asked if we could just finish the procedure and i'll be on my way, but she then refused to finish the work she had started and sent me on my way.
i understand that yelling in a dentist office isn't very nice but when in pain what else can you do especially when nobody will come to see whats wrong or why i might be screaming
i dont recommend this dentist to anyone as she has a very bad temper and seems to have no problem taking out her aggressions on her patients....so beware!
