Dr Henry Marshall's office employees are unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. I've been pt of Dr Marshall for ever 6 years. Recently I received bill for service that dated back in 2010. There was no way for me to check what was paid and since it happened 3 years ago .There was an outstanding bill from March 2012. They stated that I did not provide them with insurance card at the time of service. That is a big lie since on my statement I paid $25 co pay. Now why would someone allow you to pay co pay if they did not know insurance. When I called office staff was very confrontational, stating that they send monthly bills.But since I have excellent credit score and pay my bills on time, there is no way I could have missed their bill. They violated my HIPAA by sending my statements to my ex husband.
It is very disappointing that they blame their pt's of outstanding bills when in fact Dr Marshall's office employes people that do not know what they are doing. So whenever they do 3 year billing audits and realize they screwed up they decide to send bills to their pt's. This office is a big fraud and I do not want to deal with them in any kind of shape or form. I would advise anyone to look for different office.
