I went in last year when a temporary crown was giving me some trouble. Dr. Wilson was able to see me the afternoon I called, and he fixed my crown with no pain or discomfort. The whole process went quite smoothly, and I was especially impressed with Dr. Wilson's careful explanations and sincere concern for some other teeth problems I was having. He explained his concerns and what needed to be done about them without making me feel like I was being lectured or reprimanded. Previously, I only went to the dentist for emergencies, and my teeth were in pretty rough shape. He could have easily made me feel even worse about my negligence. Instead, he explained why getting in regularly mattered and that we don't have to do everything in a day. The idea of tackling issues one at a time in descending order of importance made a lot of sense and stuck with me as I continued to procrastinate. I'm back on track, in any event, and am very happy with Dr. Wilson, his staff, and the office as a whole.

About Hygienist: I just got in for my first cleaning in too long. It was long overdue, and my hygienist was really wonderful. My teeth look better now than they have in years, and the whole process was much better than I had anticipated.
