I've been coming to Dr Ledford most of my life. I love his staff and he is very kind also. Dr. Ledford is always patient with me...even with my fear of shots. I had a hard time with getting my wisdom teeth removed and he even went the extra mile and checked up on me.
About Hygienist: Christy has been cleaning my teeth for years. She is always really nice and I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes.

I went to him for a simple extraction. He could not/did not deaden the tooth. In the needlessly painful procedure, he accidentally knocked the crown off the adjacent tooth.
I understand he is sick with renal disease. It's time for him to voluntarily retire or hold the Board of Dentistry step in and revoke his license. He has no business practicing any longer. He is a danger to the patient.

I waited for over an hour, received such poor work that I had to have another dentist fix it, I attempted to go back to the office with pain issues as was brushed off and led to believe it was because lunch hour was so near and now, a year later I am still having billing issues. I have experienced the worst customer service I've ever had with the office personnel regarding my issues.
