I am a dental hygienist who has seen all kinds of dentistry (quality, cosmetic, and poor quality work). I recently relocated from the Washington DC area to NE TN, in looking for a DDS I went to the LVI web site to see who they recommend. (LVI is a very well esteemed continuing education program for dentists who are very motivated to be the best in what they do including hands on cosmetic training. (This is special because most cont. ed courses are lectures only)) Dr. Dykes met all my expectations for quality work that was very cosmetically attractive. The doctor was nice, ethical, and spent a quality amount of time perfecting his work. Dr. Dykes answered all questions in a thorough and thoughtful manner. The office was beautiful and state of the art. The staff was fantastic. I will bring all my family to this practice and recommend any one who inquires about where to find a great not good dentist in this area to Dr. David Dykes and his office. I should mention I am currently not employed and while I would be happy to be a addition to this office Dr. Dykes is the only DDS I have met or seen his work in TN, I was not disappointed.
About Front Desk: Very kind and knowledgeable. Worked with us in scheduling appointments that worked for our family. Called the specialist to schedule a appointment for my son. Pre-authourized all treatment with our insurance company prior to having the work done so we knew exactly what was covered and what our fee would be.
