Same as always, very professional, courteous, friendly & really puts me at ease. I have never felt any shot he's given me & I've never felt any pain. He's the best, if he retires or moves, I don't know what I'd do.

I know this doctor: I've been going To D.D.S Shrum for years. I've always been scared to go to the dentist but not anymore. D.D.S Shrum IS THE BEST!!!

Dr Shrum is by far the absolute worst dentist I have ever encountered. He is extremely sarcastic and condescending and makes you feel horrible for bothering him with your dental needs. I attempted to be his patient but refuse to step foot back into that office again. I plan to tell everyone I know or meet in the future what an awful person he is and for them not to waste their time visiting a dentist who could care less about you only about how much money he can get out of you.

About Front Desk: His wife works the front desk. She was friendly enough. I feel sorry for her to be stuck with him everyday.

Not friendly at all. Very rude. He is very condescending. When you do not have dental insurance, it is hard to go to the dentist and pay out of pocket. He was rude when this was explained to him. Not all of us are made of money so be respectful. It is not to much to ask.

after bring a patient for over 15 years, I had a stroke which ultimately resulted in the loss of my job and dental insurance. due to financial reasons, I did not go to the dentist for 4-5 years. I received two flyers in the mail offering deals for new customers. assuming the purpose of the offers were to entice patients, I wanted to return to Dr. shrum on a regular bases. I made am appointment asking for the offered deal and was refused. Guess he doesn't need patients after all I did like him and his work very much, but now I am upset and will not return

very rude and condescending; cost was average. I would never,ever go back to him or recommend him to anyone I didn't hate.

He is not in any Networks...so get ready to pay higher prices! Make sure you ask about this before he does any work, if like me I paid about 600 + out of my pocket.

He is amazing. He tells it like it is and gets the job done. I wouldn't let another doctor even touch my mouth before. I've been back three times and am having things done that I have been holding off on for years. He makes sure you are numb at all times and you can't beat the price, my only complaint is the pain but he can't help that. If you are afraid of the I'd go and see him.

About Hygienist: She is the nicest lady! Her smile really helps when he is arm deep in your mouth haha.

Crown and cleanings done; nice professional manners; successful crown, great office staff, reasonable prices. Yes I would recommend this dentist.
